One (1) Administrative Assistant I (Technical Staff)

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Public Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences, or any other related course
  • Preferably with experience in writing technical papers/ narrative reports
  • With training relevant to the job; Computer literate
  • Preferably with Civil Service Eligibility

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Provide specialized technical knowledge and skills in areas such as public administration, management, policy analysis, and program administration
  2. Assist in conducting baseline analysis/assessment regarding the needs and challenges of the policymakers, LGUs, rank-and-file employees, CSOs, and private institutions and policy analysis of the plans and programs of the LGUs
  3. Assist in the preparation of PPAs regarding capacity development and other department-related activities for target beneficiaries
  4. Offer technical guidance and training to LGU and stakeholders
  5. Support the department head in coordinating with colleges and providing technical assistance for capacity development, consultancy, and other services to partner beneficiaries
  6. Assist in the development of innovative approaches and solutions to address governance challenges and promote sustainable development
  7. Support the Head in coordinating with colleges and providing technical assistance for capacity development, consultancy, and other services to partner beneficiaries
